These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of tutoring services, resources, and related programs ("Services") offered by MCATPrepLab LLC ("MCATPrepLab", "we", "our", or "us") through our website mcatpreplab.com (the "Site"). By accessing or using our Site and Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Site or Services.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to purchase Services.
• If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must complete the purchase and accept these Terms on your behalf.

2. Program Fees & Payment

• All fees for Services must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.
• If an installment plan is offered and selected, you agree to complete all scheduled payments regardless of usage.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services if payments are not completed.
• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may be subject to applicable taxes.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Missed tutoring sessions without at least 24 hours' notice will be forfeited and deducted from your purchased hours.
• Purchased tutoring hours must be used within 12 months of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. Expired hours are forfeited.
• Clients may request to reschedule a tutoring session with at least 24 hours' advance notice, subject to tutor availability.

• All lesson materials, strategies, methods, and content provided through our Services are the property of MCATPrepLab and may not be copied, recorded, distributed, or shared without prior written permission.
• Unauthorized use of our materials may result in legal action.

6. Code of Conduct

By using our Services, you agree to:

• Treat tutors and staff with respect and professionalism.
• Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior.
• Not record or distribute tutoring sessions without prior written consent.

MCATPrepLab reserves the right to terminate Services immediately for violations of this Code of Conduct without refund.

7. Technical Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary technology (e.g., internet connection, video conferencing software) to participate in online tutoring sessions. MCATPrepLab is not responsible for technical issues on the client's side.

8. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Site and Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described there.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Services are provided "as is" and "as available."
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, MCATPrepLab disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
• In no event shall MCATPrepLab be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services.

10. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

• Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
• You waive the right to participate in a class action or collective proceeding.
• Arbitration will be held in Jacksonville, Florida.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
